Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data the rioyc.com website processes, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, “LGPD”). The yacht catalogue at yacht.rioyc.com has its own policy.

As a small-scale data processing agent, the company is not required to appoint a data protection officer (article 11 of ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022). For any matter regarding personal data, contact us at contato@rioyc.com.

We do not sell data, we do not carry out automated profiling and we do not collect payment data on this site.
How long we keep data
Form messages arrive by email and are kept while there is active commercial interest in your request, then deleted. The IP code used against abuse is deleted within one hour. The site does not store form data in a database.
Who we share data with
Hostinger, which hosts the website and email. Google, as provider of reCAPTCHA and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google services may process data outside Brazil; such international transfers follow article 33 of the LGPD and Google’s contractual safeguards. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies
You choose the optional categories in the cookie notice and can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting them does not stop you from using the site.

Your rights
You may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent (LGPD, art. 18). Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). The form only accepts submissions from this website, validates every field and is protected against automated submissions.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
