Dining on board

Menus by chef Cacau Teixeira, who adapts the service to each yacht and to your wishes. Buffet menus include service staff, tableware and utensils.

Breakfast
Quiche, pão de queijo (cheese bread), fruit, cold cuts and cheese board, toast with artisan spreads, sandwiches, cake, juices, yoghurt and coffee.
Na Brasa barbecue
Brazilian barbecue with beef and pork picanha, ribs, Angus sirloin, sausages, meat and vegan skewers, side dishes and paired drinks.
Seafood barbecue
A seafood take on our barbecue on board.
Brazilian bites
Empadinhas, feijoada croquettes, shrimp rissoles, mini fish or vegan moqueca, plantain ceviche and quindim.
Standard buffet
Caponata, smoked salmon vol-au-vent, gorgonzola mousse, tartlets, focaccia, mini moqueca, sweet potato gnocchi, brownie and quindim.
Gold Party buffet
Passed snacks and options for larger celebrations.

Couple Gourmet Kit
Preserves, artisan bread, savoury and sweet tartlets, delivered at boarding. Suitable for up to two people.

For marriage proposals and celebrations for two.
Basic and premium open bar
Pure malt beer, soft drinks, water, juices and cocktails such as seasonal fruit caipivodka, gin and tonic and michelada.

Prices on request. Menus may change according to the yacht’s facilities. Full board is available for overnight stays.

Choose a DJ by musical style, add a saxophonist or enjoy live music with our partner bands. For Carnival lovers, we take the street party out to sea, during the holiday or any time of year.
